Breakfast

Breakfast is served in our large comfortable dining room with mountain views.  You will have your own individual table to enjoy your breakfast.  Here you can be as sociable as you like with other guests, but there will not be a need to rush for a seat at a group table.

Breakfast service is between 8:00 and 8:45

We can offer you the heartiest of breakfasts, designed to set you up for the day ahead.

We have a self service breakfast counter, where you can help yourself to a selection of fruit juices, yogurts, fruit and cereals. We also offer a creamy Scottish porridge option.

The full Scottish breakfast consists of a choice of sausage, bacon, black pudding, mushrooms, beans, tomato, potato scone and eggs either fried, poached or scrambled.

If your preference is for a lighter breakfast we do have a selection of options available for you to choose from:
– Scottish salmon served with scrambled eggs
– Poached or Scrambled eggs on toast or muffin
– Boiled eggs
– Continental breakfast with warm croissants accompanied by slices of ham and cheese

Breakfasts are accompanied by either pots of tea or cafetiere coffee and toast with homemade preserves.

As far as possible, we aim to use the best quality locally sourced ingredients for our breakfasts. This includes the award winning Stornoway black pudding, hand tied sausages, bacon and smoked salmon from our local butcher in Fort William.
